About us
Benjamin is a Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in strength and conditioning within rehabilitation.
He has extensive experience in the assessment and management of both acute and chronic MSK conditions, alongside delivering high-quality orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation. His clinical background also includes neurological physiotherapy, where he has supported patients with dementia and guided individuals through post-stroke recovery.
Benjamin brings a breadth of experience from both the NHS and private sector, having worked across London and the surrounding areas. Notably, he contributed to an NHS pilot programme focused on reducing patient wait times for MSK physiotherapy services—reflecting his commitment to improving accessibility and quality of care.
Originally training as a personal trainer, Benjamin later qualified as a physiotherapist and holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from St George’s, University of London. His combined background allows him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, delivering tailored, exercise-based treatment plans that are both effective and sustainable.
He adopts a person-centred approach, empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Known for his ability to build strong rapport, Benjamin creates a supportive, collaborative environment that helps patients feel confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Benjamin is fluent in English and Persian, and is a registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
